Can we meet before the event?
Of course, we would love to meet you before the day face to face, its great to get to know our clients prior to the day in question as it puts everyone at ease with each other, which in turn creates a natural beautiful film.
Can I customize my package?
Yes, we aim to meet our client's needs and are happy to tailor fit a package that best suits your needs.
What is a ‘Highlight’ edit?
In the industry today, more and more people are catching onto Highlight edits (AKA Short-Form edit/Story Film) as the way to go for their special events videography. A ‘Highlight’ edit is essentially a 5-10 minute film, creatively edited to highlight the most memorable moments of the event.
Do you record in ultra high-definition (UHD)?
Yes, all our filming and videography is done in UHD. It looks magical on a UHD TV (in our humble opinion).
Do you attend rehearsals for the event?
We make it a priority to be present at the grand rehearsals. It is important to us to know the arrangements and layout of the venue.
How long until I can expect to receive the completed film?
Our usual turnaround is between 1-2 weeks. However, we are happy to arrange a rush service, this may incur an additional fee.
